History:

The company was incorporated on 30th September 1903.   George Herbert HANSELL was the company secretary and managing director.   The nominal capital was 20000 pounds stirling in 4000 5 pound ordinary shares.   The Auditor was A. E. LARK.   The company moved to South Denes on 31st January 1905.   There was a mortgage of 2250 pounds on 23rd June 1923 of all property.

On 8th April 1924 Bernard WALKER of 2 South Quay was appointed receiver.   In the final accounts there were insurance payments on boats "Throne" and "Crown", no ships were for sale, unless they were in the 1719 pounds stirling, raised by public auction, for nets gear etc.   The company was finally wound up on 21st July 1925.
