In the 1861 census, the hall is shown as the residence of Randall BURROUGHES, his wife Emily and their four daughters.

Their servants at that date were as follows:

Georgianna RAYSON, governess, unmarried, age 23, born Buxton, Norfolk.
Henry HAMILTON, Butler, unmarried, age 32, born Oxmington, Dorsetshire.
George DAY, Groom, unmarried, age 27, born Old Windsor, Berkshire.
Charles POPEY, Groom, unmarried age 19, born East Ruston, Norfolk.
Robert COTTS, Page boy, age 13, born Norwich, Norfolk.
Martha HAGGARD, Lady's Maid, unmarried, age 27, Swindon, Wiltshire.
Ellen BIGGINS Nurse and domestic servant, unmarried, age 23, born Kings Lynn, Norfolk.
Martha A. M. MIDDLETON, Nurse Maid, unmarried, age 17, Lexham, Norfolk.
Jane DAVISON, Housemaid, unmarried, age 22, born Wickmere, Norfolk.
Rebecca REID/READ, Kitchenmaid, unmarried, age 19, Hempnall, Norfolk.

Charles POPEY is the man leaning against the wall, centre back, you will have to deduce the names of the others from the descriptions, bearing in mind that the photo may not have been taken during the occupancy of the 1861 batch of sevants.

The 1871 census lists the household thus:

Randall BURROUGHES, his wife Emily, still with four daughters, but with two young sons born since the previous census.
Two visitors: Frederic WALPOLE, a Member of Parliament and
Charlotte SANGROULIER, a British Subject from Lausanne, Switzerland.

Their servants at that date were as follows:

Marianne WATTS, Nurse, age 32, unmarried, born Westwick, Norfolk.
